Norm Ai has secured $48 million in funding from investors including Coatue, Craft Ventures, Vanguard and Blackstone Innovations Investments, the company announced. This latest round brings total funding to $87 million over the past 18 months for the regulatory AI agent company.
The company’s legal and compliance automation tools integrate compliance checks into business activities through its legal engineering automation platform (Leap). This proprietary system enables the creation of AI agents with regulatory domain expertise that can be embedded into business workflows.
“We built Norm Ai to turn regulatory requirements, legal obligations, and corporate policies into intelligent systems that can be embedded into business workflows, reducing what used to take days into minutes,” said John Nay, founder and CEO. “This strategic investment accelerates our research and development across legal and regulatory frameworks to meet demand for AI compliance solutions.”
