Ethics and compliance training provider LRN has added AI capabilities to its popular Catalyst platform, the company recently announced.
The company will first deploy its AI tool, Catalyst Engage.AI, as part of three new microlearnings targeting anti-bribery and corruption, anti-money laundering and conflicts of interest, with more material planned for later this year and in 2025.
New functionality will include:
- An AI-powered scenario with a dilemma to be solved, along with a quiz for the learner
- Interactive, real-time conversations with AI characters to simulate real-world scenarios
- Personalized and AI-driven feedback on the learning exercise
“With the growth of AI, it’s imperative that organizations look to use its capabilities as a tool to enhance learning experiences, which is exactly the approach that we have taken at LRN,” said Justin Garten, LRN’s senior director of AI and data science. “Our Engage.AI platform uses the power of AI to create experiential learning scenarios that are applicable to the modern workplace and provide customized feedback and support to meet learners where they are.”
