Nate Lankford, Member at Miller & Chevalier Chartered
Nate advises multinational companies on FCPA compliance, business and human rights (BHR), and international corporate compliance. He supports clients in investigations, risk assessments, compliance programs, due diligence, and responsible sourcing. With extensive DOJ and SEC monitorship experience, he helps companies manage enforcement actions and develop practical strategies. As founder and Practice Lead of Miller & Chevalier’s BHR Practice, he guides clients on human rights obligations, ESG criteria, and forced labor regulations, including engagement with U.S. Customs. His work spans multiple regions and industries, and he serves on the Advisory Board of the IBA’s Business Human Rights Committee.
Amritha Edachery, Head of Quality, Ground Truth Intelligence
Amritha has a decade of experience in public policy, risk and due diligence throughout the MENASA region. She oversaw complex investigations that exposed bribery, corruption, money laundering, links to sanctioned entities, slavery, and human rights violations at a number of risk consultancies. Over the course of her career, Amritha has worked with private and public sector clients in infrastructure development, banking and finance, CBI, and energy. As well as holding an MSc in Regulation from the London School of Economics and Political Science, Amritha researches and speaks extensively on ESG.
