Regtech platform Corlytics has received a major investment from Verdane, a specialist growth firm, the companies announced. Details of the majority equity stake investment were not disclosed.
The deal is a cornerstone investment from Verdane’s newly raised €1.1 billion Edda III fund, according to a news release. Since 2020, Corlytics has grown 60% per year, predominantly driven by its core regulatory compliance products. Corlytics also made two significant acquisitions in 2023 – ING SparQ in January and Clausematch in July.
The transaction was managed by investment bank Baird in a competitive process that saw significant market interest, the news release said.
