Round Led by Information Venture Partners to Assist With Global Expansion, Inclusion of Additional Regulatory Frameworks
Strike Graph, a compliance automation startup, recently announced that it secured $8 million in Series A funding, led by Information Venture Partners, investors in many B2B fintech and enterprise SaaS technologies. All of the previous investors from the company’s seed round, Madrona Venture Group, Amplify.LA, Revolution’s Rise of the Rest Seed Fund and Green D Ventures, also participated.
Launched in 2020, Strike Graph’s SaaS technology simplifies cybersecurity certifications for companies of all sizes, including support for SOC 2, ISO 2700x, CCPA, HIPAA and GDPR standards. The software boasts a 100 percent success rate in clean audit reports, Strike Graph reported, and it was the first company to develop an AI-driven platform for automating security questionnaires.
Since raising its seed round in 2020, Strike Graph has grown by more than four-fold in customer adoption, joining many other regtech startups in powering rapid expansion in the regtech market, which is expected to grow by more than 20 percent in the next five years.
According to a news release, Strike Graph will use the injection of capital to expand its offerings to support FEDRAMP, NIST and other customer third-party regulatory frameworks. It will also establish a global presence in new areas like Canada, with Information Venture Partners’ assistance in that region. The startup is actively hiring for engineering, marketing and product roles, in addition to solution reach, customer support and security/compliance expert positions.
