Mike Fucci and Terri Cooper
Mike Fucci is Chairman of the Board for Deloitte. As chairman, Mike leads the board in providing governance and oversight, as well as guidance on priority matters such as firm strategy, brand positioning, risk mitigation, talent development and leadership succession. For the past 38 years, he has been a practitioner and principal at Deloitte, with specialties in human resource transformation, talent strategies and total rewards. Mike attended Montclair State University in New Jersey, where he earned a B.S. in Mathematics.
Dr. Terri Cooper is currently Deloitte’s Chief Inclusion Officer and the U.S. National Chief Inclusion Officer for Deloitte Consulting LLP. Terri has more than two decades of experience working in various capacities of the life sciences and health care industry, including participating in a broad range of strategic advisory services. She holds a joint Honors B.S. in Chemistry and Pharmacology and a Ph.D. in Pharmacology from the University of London, U.K.
