Melissa Maher is a Director in the compliance consulting practice at Buck, an integrated HR and benefits consulting, technology and administration services firm. As a consultant in Buck’s Knowledge Resource Center, Melissa advises organizations on the regulatory and legislative changes related to human resources and employee benefits. Melissa has more than 10 years of experience in health and welfare benefit plan consulting for a variety of clients. She has worked with major insurance carriers, where she was instrumental in account management and project management roles. Melissa has a master of Science (M.Sc.) focused in Public Policy from University College London.
