John Freeman
John Freeman is the Chief Legal and Compliance Officer of Tata Communications. His responsibilities include providing strategic direction and guidance to the company’s legal, regulatory, corporate secretarial and compliance functions globally. In addition to the legal function, he also manages the company’s Internal Audit and Supply Chain Management groups and is responsible for enabling a systematic, disciplined approach to evaluating and improving the effectiveness of the company’s supply chain, risk management, internal controls and governance processes. John has over 20 years of experience handling a wide array of cross-border legal and business issues specific to multinational organizations in the information and communications space.
