David P. Nolan is Vice President of Klink & Co., Inc., a global risk-consulting firm with offices in New York, London and Hong Kong. With 30 years of experience, David directs the firm’s global risk consulting and corporate investigations practices. A former corruption investigator for the City of New York and a former Director with a public consultancy, he is a frequent speaker on fraud investigations and prevention, FCPA compliance, international due diligence, employee misconduct investigations and asset investigations. Mr. Nolan has directed investigations and due diligence projects for numerous Fortune 500 companies in over 90 countries.
