Warren W. Stippich, Jr., is Partner and the National Governance, Risk and Compliance Solution Leader at Grant Thornton LLP and the Market Leader of the Chicago Business Advisory Services Group. He has over 20 years experience working with multi-national, entrepreneurial, and high-growth public companies, including boards of directors and audit committees. Warren brings experience to the business risk consulting and internal audit services areas from both the public accounting firm and industry perspectives.
Steven P. Goldberg is Principal of Business Advisory Financial Services Leader for Grant Thornton LLP. He has more than 25 years of business experience, including 20 years in financial services as an industry executive and management consultant. Steve has led client relationships with a number of global financial services firms – leading sales and delivery teams, as well as coordinating services and resources within the U.S. and in several international locations. He has provided a wide range of advisory services, including regulatory compliance and controls, business process improvement, program management and IT strategy and integration.
The CCO plays an integral part in bridging the gap between the myriad of rules and regulations that need to be adhered to and its operating executives and management.
